Shipston has no train station / unsatisfactory bus service therefore any development will result in more car journeys on already busy and in places single track roads.
Development on the site of the recycling centre will have an environmental impact and longer journey's to depose of rubbish.
The Doctors surgery and high school are inadequate for the existing population and unable to cope with additional demand.
Any development would increase the risk of flooding especially for any development on the flood plain
Existing experience shows that the present sewerage system is already over capacity
