Hockley Heath is a beautiful semi rural village - it does not have the infastructure to cope with large development of housing and associated traffic & pollution. There are insufficient schools & GP surgeries to cope with such a high influx of residents. Such a large development will impact on surrounding areas including Earlswood as well as Tanworth in Arden known for its historical character. The roads simply will not be able to cope. You only have to look at current traffic congestion to see the the awful/inconvenient impact of existing new housing in the adjacent area.
