The principle of 20 minute neighbourhood is a good principle and a reason for not having further large developments in Wellesbourne. Already people have to drive from new developments to the village facilities especially the school as it is too far for young children to walk. The roads through the village are busy and there are no cycle paths and existing paths are too narrow for children to cycle on.
