Re Clopton Quarter SG18 should not be built on. It's next to the Welcome Hills nature reserve Clopton Farm. It's an habitat for a family of Roe Deer. New houses have already been developed and land/ roads, gets flooded - Osbourne Grove, Kensington Way, Buckingham Way.
