I do not agree with the idea of an industrial park in this area. It would effectively extend the town of Warwick to include Hatton Park. The A4177 leading to Stanks roundabout already gets frequently clogged up with traffic. The significant increase in construction and commercial traffic would have a severe impact on local traffic heading for Warwick town centre and Leamington Spa.
