Flooding occurs regularly in Shipston including the proposed site, its access roads, parking areas.
Minimal employment in the area will force new inhabitants to drive to larger towns eg Banbury, Oxford, Birminham.
Road networks are limited with pinch points of two small single lane bridges.
Infrastructure does not fully serve existing population: Public transport is inadequate;
There is one local school in Shipston, already oversubscribed, Chipping Camden is also oversubscribed.
Medical services are not adequate for existing population.
The development misses sustainability goals and ignores environmental and heritage issues.
