I have lived in Willington for 23 years and flooding is a key issue in the proposed area. Substantial development on areas of flooding is irresponsible.
Inhabitants of the proposed site would have minimal access to transport. Car use will be essential for all residents and due to two key bridge access issues it is likely that access will be made via small single track roads through small local villages.
Infrastructure: the local high school is oversubscribed with no sixth form.
Health and other essential services are seriously oversubscribed for existing residents.
