I am concerned about the services that these new properties will require. Cubbington already has a major flooding problem. The road systems cannot cope with existing traffic especially Windmill hill junction, Offchurch road and Rugby Road. The water supply to Cubbington via a pipe on Rugby road continually fails leaving repairs to be completed.

Our main employer is also expanding which is increasing the volume of large lorries.
