The current infrastructure cannot support this proposal , the single track bridges at Barcheston and Honnington and the one way system in Shipston are already struggling with volume of traffic which would forcing traffic to try and avoid the town on the surrounding single track roads , currently public transport is woeful in and out of Shipston meaning a car is essential as local job opportunities are declining.
The sewage system is already over capacity and Shipston is highly susceptible to increased flooding with 42% of Fell Mill Site ( ref 148, 747) is in flood zones 3&2
