Objection 1: Building on a flood plain or adjacent to a flood plain - the surface water run off from housing estate and roads has to go somewhere, either creating a new flood plain or overwhelming the existing one, risking flooding to existing properties which currently do not flood.

Objection 2: Additional traffic from said housing estate using the bridges in Shipston/Honnington, both of which are single track with no footpath.

Objection 3: Proposal to build on the current Tip, removing the existing facility.
