New development should be prioritized in areas with the lowest flood risk. Converting green fields into urban areas increases flood risk; therefore, greybelt and brownfield land should be prioritized over greenfields and farmland for development. This is especially important regarding Hathaway Gardens (Osbourne Grove). I will hold the council accountable if Clopton Quarter is built on and will be bringing a class action
