The medical facilities can’t support the existing population and the sewerage system is already also over capacity.
There are not enough green spaces for dog walking and leisure.
From an historical aspect the villages of Barcheston, Honington have not been developed since the Middle Ages and are even mentioned in the doomsday book. Interference with this would be a social and historical travesty.
Shipston has insufficient public transport for the existing population pressure so would result on more car traffic and so detrimental to our environment.
Shipston is already very vulnerable to flooding, further development will increase the risk.
