Can not see any justification for this site. Not near any station and access to road systems very difficult. Traffic would have to get out through Hockley Heath or Hatton. Cars essential for work as very few jobs in immediate area. Would remove some particularly attractive countryside along Stratford Canal. Apart from effects on countryside and environment, would also effect some heritage sites, Harborough Banks, Roman remains, and visually effect NT property at Baddesley Clinton.
The proposed 5000 houses is also below the size recommended for new settlements so there must be doubts about the infrastructure being put in fully
