Existing local amenities - medical, transport, recycling, sewerage, roads are already insufficient for existing population.
Flooding is already an issue in Shipston and the proposed developments (Angelas Meadow ref 062 & Fell Mill site ref 148, 747) are in flood susceptible areas.
Shipston is an historically important town with a small town centre that will not manage to support the additional populations.
The lack of public transport will lead to more cars which is damaging to the already vulnerable roads and environment.
