Shipston has already built more houses than required in the last round of the neighbourhood plan, it does not have the jobs, infrastructure or services to take another large development. The area is prone to flooding and water run off from the fields, it's a rural area. There are minimal public transport options and cycling to work outside Shipston is not viable.
