The proposed housing developments undermine the character and sustainability of South Warwickshire’s small rural communities, in this case eroding the distinct identity of the villages of Knightcote and Northend. Small communities thrive on their close-knit nature and many residents choose to live in quiet less populated villages for both their physical and mental health.

Development of road networks will disrupt the countryside and green spaces and cause higher traffic volumes.

New developments will place pressure on local utilities, water and sewage systems
