I do not agree with this site being considered as a strategic growth location. It borders the A4177 and if developed would result in continuous development from Hatton Park up to the edge of Warwick. It is within the Green Belt which is supposed to prevent this sort of urban sprawl. In addition construction and commercial traffic would be adding to the traffic on the A4177 which at this point close to Stanks Roundabout is often heavily congested. When problems arise on the M40 (which they do quite frequently) the region becomes gridlocked.
