Proposed land includes the recycling centre which is key in reducing environmental impact, without it there will be more fly tipping. Local job opportunities are minimal and declining meaning have to travel long distance for jobs. This also means more cars on the road as we do not have a train station or frequent bus services.Shipston is highly susceptible to increasing flooding risks which will only get worse with more houses being built and less natural drainage.
