Whilst I understand that Councils are under presssure from Government to reach targets for increased housing, these consultation documents and plans to develop in SG17 are ill thought out, misleading, inaccurate in many places, as they fail to take the current situation in Shipston intto consideration.
Consideration has not been given of the difference between small rural communitites in Shipston and surrounding areas, compared to other larger towns, where significant infrastructure e.g. health/education/traffic (motorways and dual carriageways) have already been developed.
Reference is made that flood risk has been checked prior to strategie growth areas being selected. This is wrong.
