I live in Luddington Road and my garden already severely floods multiples times per year, which has been made worse by the recent housing developments around Shottery Brook so strongly oppose the suggestion to develop Bordon Hill, the flooding would undoubtedly worsen so puts my property at risk rather than just the garden. There is a lot of wildlife around this area, the habitats of which will be destroyed through developing so the beauty of the area will be greatly diminished with this proposal.
