The comments are specific for the Clopton Quarter parcel of SG18. Reasons for objection:

1. Irreversibly loss of Green belt land and open space by introducing urbanisation into an area that should remain protected. The development will encroach on Welcome Hills nature reserve an area of scenic beauty and home to a variety of wildlife.
2. The landscape with be destroyed - leading to loss of hedgerows, vital habitats and public right of way from the town to the countryside.
3. Impact on Heritage - by severing the historical connection between Clopton house (grade II listed) and the landscape.
