BW site will require such a huge amount of infrastructure to be put in place that the builders wont see this as a financially attractive option. Consequently the housing stock is likely to be priced accordingly, which doesn’t support the local population housing needs as demonstrated in the Wilmcote and Pathlow Neighbourhood plan (2017).
