This is steeply sloping and will be very visible from Leek Wootton.
The sloping nature of the site will make it difficult to build on and will require retaining walls which are ugly and very urban
The separation between Kenilworth and Leek Wootton will be destroyed
There are other better sites even around Leek Wootton
You need to undertake a visual impact assessment of all the proposed sites
It is much better to have a few larger sites than dot development onto most settlements
Road congestion will become much worse
