The principles outlined are sensible and compelling, however the strategic growth proposal for BW is highly unlikely to meet these ambitions, particularly of the 20 minute neighbourhood. The lack of public transport and poor road networks make it unrealistic for people to achieve this when they are likely to be driving or stuck in traffic for many hours during their working day.
