I agree with principles, but not the lack of considerdation in selection of SG17.
Doubling the size of small rural town, as proposed would suggest that the following have not been considered:
Attractiveness.(unique character will be swallowed by doubling of size and increased traffic etc)
Sensitive to context. (no consideration given to context)
Distinctiveness. (as above, character of town will be lost)
Connectedness (20 mins walk to town)
Environmental sustainability.(high risk of flooding should not permit planning permission, so why included?)
Adapting to climate change. (as above, plus significant challenges of infrastructure)
