Congestion would be considered during the early stages of development rather then retro-fitting into existing road networks.
A settlement here with associated facilities would ease the pressure on Stratford-upon-Avon - although consideration to the river crossing points needs further thought.
Development here would prevent urban sprawl in existing towns and protect greenbelt.
Good potential for rail connections to Honeybourne or with a direct connection utilising the nearby Innovation Centre.
This settlement can be driven by strategic opportunities and not available land.
