Greenbelt should be safeguarded if brownfield land is available.
Greenbelt land has a key purpose to restrict urban sprawl, once one section has been developed it won't stop and cannot be reversed.
New settlements should be the focus of development with the key aim to safeguard greenbelt land.
The Clopton Quarter of SG18 next to the Welcombe Hills should be permanently protected to maintain the overaching principles of 'a beautiful South Warwickshire' & 'a biodiverse and environmentally resiliant South Warwickshire'.
