They are unsuitable for building due to the agricultural designation, conservation area in Wilmcote, grade 1 listed building Mary Arden’s farm and also important evidence starting from the Bronze Age and mentioned specifically in the Domesday Book. There is also me requirement for anything also mentioned such as educational leisure or recreational development, the natural landscape provides this already.
