No infrastructure for this size development so the area will not cope with additional traffic volumes on narrow winding lanes.. Storm water system in Northend is already overwhelmed; properties (including ours) have started to experience flooding in 2024. Very few local amenities in Northend, Knightcote, Fenny Compton. Antisocial behaviour on Burton Dassett hills becoming more frequent, and not being seriously addressed by either SDC or local police.
