Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The planned expansion will overwhelm our already congested-roads, making travel in and around Stratford even slower. Local services, including doctors, supermarkets, and parking, are already stretched to capacity. Frequent flooding on roads will worsen, and wildlife like bats, deer, and birds will suffer as their habitats are destroyed. The area is already under pressure from heavy tourism and cannot sustain 6,800 more houses. This overdevelopment will turn the area into a gridlocked, stressful, unsafe place to live. The plan is unsustainable, harming both the local-community and environment. It also threatens our village’s heritage and character—once lost, it cannot be restored.
