Totally against this development. Land regularly floods and covering in houses and roads would make it worse. Wilmcote station is in disrepair, no water and no disability access to Stratford side. There is no car park, and users parking in the village would cause chaos. Lack of health facilities e.g dentists, doctors surgeries and over capacity at Warwick hospital. Much of Wilmcote is in a conservation area with historical interest which could be ruined. Where would the employment come from. The A3400 would need massive improvements to cope with a possible extra 12,000 cars.
