The current infrastructure cannot support this proposal.
The single track bridges at Barcheston and Honington and one way system already struggle with traffic volumes.
Shipston is already highly suspectible to flooding with 42% of the Fell Mill site ( ref 148, 147 ) in flood zones 3&2 , which will increase surface water run off leading to greater risk of flooding.
The current sewage systems already over capacity.
The local school is over subscribed with no sixth form with the nearest schools in Chipping Campden or Stratford leading to more car journeys as the public transport system is inadequate
