The development will massively increase traffic from Bearley to Snitterfield and cause issues on the Smiths Lane/Whitehorse Hill road at busy times. it is already a cut through from the A46 to the A3400 and will get much worse. Construction traffic will need to be redirected away from Snitterfield or it will affect the village negatively.
