Infrastructure: roads are narrow and used by farming community. Any diversions caused by roadworks etc involve very long convoluted routes due to lack of alternatives .
Doctors and primary schools already at full capacity
Regular flooding off fields and hills , not ideal to build on
Social impact on rural villages , already seeing increase in anti social behaviour in the dassett country park with increasing housing developments close by
MOD base . Would think in current international climate any such large development nearby would increase security risks and potentially cause issues should immediate transportation / mobilisation be required .
