No exceptional circumstances to release land from Green Belt. Topography will make utility and infrastructure provision financially prohibitive, especially without unreasonable impact on existing landscape, community and residents. Roads currently designated as dangerous and already subject to lengthy and ongoing representation from residents to the council regarding volume and speed of traffic. Not an enterprise hub, residents would need to travel and commute out of area, putting increased pressure on already very busy local roads. Sewerage and flooding are also already issues, indicating drainage and sewers are unable to cope with increased demand.
