The High School (with no sixth form) and Primary school will not be able to accommodate the increased number of children. The Medical centre, already dealing with huge numbers, has no room to expand. Brailes bridge is effectively single file. The one-way system in Mill street is already overburdened. Shipston has no fuel station and only small supermarkets. There are already severe problems with sewage overflowing into gardens and the increase of hard surfacing will only exacerbate the flood risk. There is little employment so new residents will be forced to commute. Fell Mill is an "Area of Restraint".
