Shipston has the nature of a village, and the infrastructure is not present to support this. Insufficient jobs in the local area would mean more commuting, and the roads and public transport are not set up to accommodate this. There are not enough GPs and Dentists, and so an expansion to the extent proposed would preset issues that have not been addressed through the proposal, and would absolutely not be worth the negative impact on the near by Cotswolds National Landscape.
