I believe that Shipston is already overdeveloped and all the services are at breaking point. No more buildings should be erected. The schools and medical facilities are under enormous pressure from the increase of people coming into the area. I suggest that any construction should be well above the flood plane and doesn't career down into the town, lifting manholes and causing most unpleasant flooding. Shipston has much diminished green space . We cannot afford to lose any more. We do need our farmland and we do need the tip!
