Given the traffic levels on the A429, I have concern that a major development of this nature would require infrastructure capacity far in excess of what can already be catered for (Strategic objective 3). Given the restrictions already experienced by rural communities, this would be a major demand on power and telecommunications infrastructure which is already under capacity (strategic objective 11).
