We strongly disagree with the plans to signoficantly increase the numbers of homes in Shipston. There is not the infrastructure, facilities, nor capacity within local services to support this proposal. Piecemeal expansion of the town is a foolish and harmful appraoch. If you want to transform Shipston into a significantly larger conurbation do it as an integrated plan, providing the infrastructure as well as the new homes.
