I do NOT agree with the proposed new settlrment location because -

1 Parts of F1 location is pending consideration for planning permission for a Solar farm.
2 Part of F1 is an established solar farm.
3 F1 is owned by several land owners, one of which may not agree to sell the land.
4 F1 access would be via two busy roads (A425 & B4455 Fosse Way) making transport links difficult.
5 Consideration should be given to the potential health risks of "Electro Magnetic Fields" from the existing solar farm and
overhead electricity cables that transverse the land.
