RE BW This land is not suitable according to Strategic Objective 3 - severe flood risk. Stratford upon Avon's own reports ( JBA Consulting) identifies this a a high risk area for flooding and sewage issues (Level 1 SFRA Final Report) The transport infrastructure to cope with additional traffic (ref SWLP Consultation document) will require £250m investment. Wilmcote Station is on a restricted site & cannot easily be developed for increased capacity. The current footbridge is Grade 2 listed. The village also houses Mary Arden's Cottage which is of unique cultural heritage & increased traffic will cause "fatigue damage"
