I believe this location represents an appropriate use of brown and green belt land to develop a new settlement that can include all the necessary amenities needed without impacting on already overstretched towns like Stratford.
There are good links to existing roads available now, and future opportunity to utilise the nearby rail links , both affording access to local and commutable job opportunities
