There are excellent, high quality job opportunities particularly with JLR and Aston Martin on the doorstep along with excellent road connections including the M40, providing easy access is provided to local towns. This would support housing growth by strategic need and not just land availability. This site does not impact greenbelt land which should be preserved. It does not add to the urban sprawl and congestion of Stratford upon Avon.
