It has the space not only to provide significantly towards the areas housing needs, but also for the associated infrastructure originally proposed for Middle Quinton. The existing road links provide access to job opportunities in South Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, and there is opportunity to add a rail link using the existing line to the West Coast Mainline via Honeybourne
