Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
I strongly object to the proposed development of sites around Hockley Heath for several reasons. The development would significantly increase the village's size without adequate facilities in Warwickshire to support it, leading to financial burdens on Solihull ratepayers. Current facilities, including an over-subscribed primary school and full GP practices, are insufficient. The road network cannot handle increased traffic, particularly on Stratford Road and B4101. Additionally, the village lacks a train station, and residents have not had the opportunity to comment on the Local Plan, which could drastically affect their quality of life.
