No demand, no infrastructure to support such a development in nearest towns Stratford or Henley, impact on air quality with increased traffic, impact on environment, impact on wildlife (active bat and hedgehog area), road congestion, removal of trees/hedgerows will increase flooding. if I wanted to live in or in half mile of a town I would have bought a property in a town, I want to live in a village, do your proposals include relocating village residents to another identical village free of charge?
