Flooding is a big problem in the area
This will change the landscape forever
I didn’t want to live in a large town, this will change our village
There isn’t the infrastructure here.
The health and well-being of the children and families who live here and risk to the people who live here.
Light, sound and pollution.
The train stations would not be able to cope with the amount of people.
Congestion in and around the area, including going into Stratford-upon-Avon.
Light will be affected on Grange Road as the houses will be higher than the bungalows.
