SG18 Clopton Quarter parcel is not suitable for building houses as the infrastructure of Stratford isn’t big enough to cope with the new volume of people, cars, etc.
The location would completely block the Birmingham Road, apart from the lack of other resources, adequate shops, schools, doctors, amenities for the young and the old.
Additionally it is too close to conservation areas (green belt).
Traffic in particular, already very complicated, will collapse, particularly in the high tourist season much needed for Stratford financially. Apart from changing too much the essence of the town.
