Vehicles - village is single lane in many areas. Bridge over Trainline is not wide and there is a blind summit. Traffic into Stratford is too busy via this route already.

Development on green belt . The develeopment is near to Mary Arden’s farm - history linked to Shakespeare.
Flooding
Houses flood with water from drains that can’t cope and off fields
Loss of wildlife and green belt
Loss to village structure
Not enough local infrastructure.
